The Columbus Bride Show

This weekend is the annual Columbus Bride Show at Veterans Memorial. The show runs Saturday, January 8th from 10-5 and Sunday, January 9th from noon-5. There will be hundreds of vendors at the show. It's a great place to get ideas, book vendors, and receive special deals.

And speaking of deals...we always run a great special during the bridal show, but it's only good THIS WEEKEND. So come to the show and see us and book your date. Dates will fill quickly; you don't want to miss out.

Here's a few of our tips on how to have a great bridal show experience:
  • Bring your patience. It's crowded; it's busy; it's overwhelming. You'll have a great time if you go with the flow and enjoy the experience.
  • Leave your coat at home or in the car. With hundreds of vendors and thousands of people it's HOT in the building. You won't want to be carrying around a coat because....
  • You're going to receive more information that you'll ever need. And, it seems, every vendor is going to hand you something. Be prepared with a large bag, purse, or backpack.
  • Come with a checkbook and/or credit card. Many vendors, including us, can reserve your date on site. FYI, we take check or credit card at the show. :)
  • Many vendors will want to send you stuff and want you to fill out all kinds of information. Come prepared with address labels that have your contact information including your email address. Quicker for you; easier to read for the vendors.
  • Don't be afraid to try things out. We encourage people to get in our photo booth and other vendors photo booths and compare apples to apples. Make sure to do the same with food and cake samples, photographers, flowers, etc.
  • Bring along your fiance. It's fun to bring your mom and girlfriends, but the groom should have a say too and he might see something he really likes that maybe you didn't think of.
We've been working hard to create an unbelievable experience for this bridal show. We can't wait to see you this weekend.
